**Responsibilities**:

- Managing diary for Director including meetings, conferences, and video conferences
- Taking Minutes and keeping track of job tasks
- Managing international and domestic travel arrangements including flights, visas, hotels, transfers and collating travel itineraries
- Coordinating internal and external meetings with business partners and clients
- Managing the teams action lists and driving through to completion
- Project management
- Assisting in updating of cashbook and vetting through monthly reports
- Assisting with general administration support; processing correspondence and letters, photocopying, printing, scanning, typing, couriers, maintaining contact databases and post
- Organising and maintaining document filing system for easy reference
- Reviewing of simple contracts and Memorandum of understanding

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree / Professional qualification in Business Administration
- Organised and punctual
- Detail oriented and Meticulous
- Discreet and experienced in dealing with confidential data
- Positive attitude and willingness to pick up new skills
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
