·       Develop document management plan, procedures and process across organizational levels in accordance with the ISO 9000 standard compliance.

·       Working with IT department to ensure smooth implementation and operation of digital tools ie Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) software, to suit for departmental requirement for Commercial, Procurement, Design, Project, T&C team.

·       Review and assigning the administration permission rights to each organizational and project roles for the documents managing, editing, viewing and retrieving in ACC.

·       Tailor specific document management procedures and process across project levels and ensure the ACC integration into daily processes.

·       Maintain, review the existing documentation process and make necessary improvements and updates to suit the daily operations.

·       Establish the automation of business workflow via various template setup in the ACC.

·       Implement document disaster recovery through document archiving, review and update the archiving schedule and its validity.

·       Ensure all project documents are collected and registered properly in a standardized folder structure.

·       Ensuring the security, accessibility, and proper distribution of organizational documents.

·       Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.

·       Ensuring a documented and approved review-and-approval process.

·       Establish spreadsheets and database to enable periodic reporting on the documentation status.

Conduct meetings and presentations to brief organizational & project members on the document management system.
