**Summary**:
To support project teams principally with the management of incoming and outgoing documentation. The incumbent should also be prepared to undertake a wide range of administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience
**Jobs Scope**:

- To accurately update information in both company and client's electronic document management systems
- Allocate and control the numbering of documents and drawings produced for each project
- Work in accordance with applicable project procedures
- Assist in completing requests, searches and queries from any project personnel
- Assist in preparing and issuing project status/ progress reports
- Assist in project close-out and handover/ archiving activities
- Assist the commercial manager with filing commercial bids and tenders
- Checks documents for submission to end client - corrections and formatting
- Circulate documents for review, information or approval
- May be tasked to handle other assignments designated by the managing director that are not directly related to primary duties
