Are you a dynamic go-getter with a passion for events, branding, and sales?
OSIM is looking for a Business Development Executive (Roadshows) to lead exciting, high-impact roadshows across Singapore

You'll plan, coordinate, and execute immersive brand activations – from concept to completion. Collaborate with sales, marketing, designers, and mall partners to bring wellness to life, drive traffic, and boost sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute monthly roadshows at high-traffic malls across Singapore

  • Work cross-functionally to develop impactful roadshow concepts, including product mix, customer flow, and marketing alignment

  • Coordinate logistics, permits, and administrative processes, including agreements and documentation

  • Secure sponsorships from mall partners and ensure smooth prize fulfilment

  • Manage budgets, sales targets, manpower planning, and post-event reporting

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with mall management and key stakeholders

  • Activate marketing communications, drive event traffic, gather feedback, and evaluate effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Events, or related fields

  • 2 years' experience in events or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

  • Creative, meticulous, and adaptable

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills

  • Strong multitasking, time management, and administrative skills
