Event Executive ( Roadshows and Pop-Ups )

We're seeking a driven and energetic Event Executive with hands-on experience in executing roadshows and pop-ups across Singapore. If you're a people person who thrives in fast-paced environments and can identify new business opportunities, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Scout and secure high-traffic locations for roadshows and events
- Build and maintain partnerships with mall management and event space providers
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align events with campaign goals
- Handle contracts, permits, and logistics for events
- Develop and pitch new business ideas to expand event presence and lead generation
- Support event setup, execution, and evaluation to drive engagement and conversion
- Manage a database of mall contacts and potential event partners

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in events, roadshows, or partnership relations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with a can-do attitude
- Outgoing and team-oriented
- Available to work on weekends when required
- Diploma or degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
