As a Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs ( Telecom - Interconnection and Compliance), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Track and analyze telecom regulatory developments, with a focus on interconnection, wholesale access, and competition frameworks.
  • Monitor and ensure operational compliance with telecom codes of practice and interconnection agreements.
  • Prepare high-quality regulatory submissions, position papers, and responses to public consultations in alignment with business strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with industry peers, regulatory bodies, and internal business stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally to implement regulatory decisions and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiate, manage, and review interconnection agreements with peer operators to ensure commercial and regulatory alignment.
  • Analyze interconnect cost structures, settlement mechanisms, and cost recovery processes to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management on regulatory risks and opportunities, incorporating public policy and market considerations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business or related field
  • Possess 10 to 12 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in telecommunication, power plant and government board sector will be an advantage
