WA ME for Accounting role.

1. Finance Officer (GL Reporting Section - AP)

Basic Salary: $2,000 – $3,000 (Entry level Candidate Up to $2.6k)

Working Days: Mon - Friday 8.15am - 5.30pm

Address: Jurong East

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare related monthly AP payment and monthly SOA reconciliation.
2. Act as the first approver/reviewer of all invoices submitted via the e-Procurement system (TenderBoard).
3. Act as second reviewer of TenderBoard reports and ensure all accounting codes are correct.
4. Monitor balance sheet items and follow-up with the respective PIC on outstanding items
5. Responsible for the timely, accurate, and complete preparation of daily carrier remittances for both the 1st and 2nd batches. (as backup)
6. Post related AP transactions / Journal entries.
7. Support the portfolio of other team members through a buddy system.
8. Provide support for internal & external audits.
9. Perform ad-hoc assignments as requested by the Manager / HOD.

REQUIREMENT

• Diploma in Accountancy / Business Finance
• hands-on experience in accounting on related work area preferred
• Experience in both shared service and freight forwarding & logistics added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and SAP accounting system
• Entry level is welcome to apply

2. Accounts Executive

Location: Tuas South [Company transport provided]

Working days: 5 days per week

Working hours: 9AM – 5PM

Salary: S$2,800 to S$3,500 per month (subject to qualification and experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Accounts receivables and payables:

• Oversee and process accounts receivables and payables

• Process daily sales invoice
• Maintain accurate and up to date customer payment record
• Process supplier invoices
• Liaising with vendor on any discrepancy in a timely manner

• Inventories:

• Involvement in quarterly stock take

• Stock reconciliation

• General Ledger and reporting:

• Recording journal entries

• Prepare GST reconciliation report
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedule
• Monthly sales report

3. Accounts Executive (Must Have FULL SET)

Location: Defu Lane

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working hours : 8:30am -5:30pm

Salary : $2800 to $3500 (subject to qualifications and experience)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL) and audit schedules
• Quarterly GST preparation
• Housekeeping and filing of finance documents
• Perform month-end closing for financial reporting within timeline
• In charge of stock take and resolve any inventory discrepancies
• Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the management, if any

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in keeping full set of accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

4. Accounts Assistant

Working hours: Monday to Friday (830AM - 530PM), Alt Saturday

Working location: Pioneer Sector (Transport provided in Jurong)

Salary: $2200 - $2300 (Max)

Job Description:

• Supports the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department.
• Involved in accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax filing, data compilation, billing, payroll or other accounting tasks.
• Work specifically with accruals, fixed assets accounting or the monthly and yearly finalisation of accounts for audit purposes.
