About ProBio

ProBio proactively provides end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy, vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. ProBio's total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in processing and confirming shipping documents for logistics operations.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining documents and customs declarations related to shipments.
  • Assist in recording and data entry for daily order processing and shipping activities.
  • Support the arrangement of picking, packing, and shipping processes.
  • Assist in monitoring and updating inbound and outbound shipment data.
  • Support in tracking freight costs and assist in uploading and analyzing related data.
  • Assist in communication with internal teams to ensure logistics processes align with production and inventory schedules.
  • Assist in basic coordination with freight forwarders and brokers.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining compliance documentation for import and export.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing routine transaction data for audits.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / Diploma, majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • Have basic understanding of logistics processes and a willingness to learn more.
  • Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Commitment Period: 5 months and above
