Job Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment of volunteers.
  • Support liaison with volunteers.
  • Manage internal co-ordination to execute volunteer programmes and activities.
  • Support volunteer training.
  • Guide volunteer participation in programmes and activities.
  • Support volunteer communication and engagement efforts.
  • Plan and execute reactivation activities for inactive volunteers.
  • Maintain volunteer records.
  • Support awareness and outreach activities.
  • Assist in developing new initiatives and/or programmes.

Requirements

  • Diploma or professional qualification in Community Development / HR / Mass Communication / Marketing or a relevant discipline.
  • Creative and resourceful.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Meticulous project management and co-ordination skills.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Skills in creative software such as Canva will be advantageous.
