A leading AI-driven B2B wealth management and alpha-generating asset management platform is preparing for a pre-IPO fundraising round and eventual public listing. With carve-out accounts completed and a top auditor engaged, the company seeks an experienced advisor to guide its investor strategy and capital markets engagement.
Role Overview
We are seeking a senior markets professional with established relationships across private equity, sovereign wealth funds, and global investment banks. This is not a full-time operating role, but rather a high-level board advisory position, engagement-based and success-driven.
Responsibilities:
- Introduce and connect the company with pre-IPO institutional capital, particularly PE firms, sovereign wealth funds, and strategic allocators.
- Shape positioning and messaging to global investment banks to secure strong syndicate support for IPO execution (HKEX, NASDAQ, or equivalent)
- Advise the leadership team on deal structuring, valuation narratives, and listing venue strategy.
- Provide institutional credibility, helping align our governance, disclosures, and investor communications with best market practice.
Qualifications:
- Deep network with leading PE/VC funds, sovereign wealth funds, and investment bank ECM teams.
- Proven experience advising or executing late-stage fundraising and IPO mandates.
- Ability to operate effectively in a discreet, advisory capacity, with commercial terms structured on a success basis.
- Familiarity with capital markets dynamics in fintech and asset/wealth management sectors preferred.
