Field Service Engineer
Responsibilities:
  • Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair of scientific and analytical instruments.
  • Provide timely technical support, troubleshooting, and after-sales service to customers.
  • Conduct training sessions for end users to ensure effective operation and maintenance of instruments.
  • Diagnose technical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize equipment downtime.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on technical knowledge in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of analytical equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site service assignments.
