Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and apply cooking and baking skills, including food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Conduct engaging lessons with live demonstrations to motivate and inspire customers.
  • Promote lesson packages by highlighting health benefits and lifestyle improvements.
  • Assist customers in selecting suitable cooking or baking plans based on their needs.
  • Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service throughout all interactions.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and in-person at the reception area.
  • Support ingredient preparation and division for lessons.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a sales role in any industry is required.
  • Must be open to working shift work (retail hours).
  • No experience is required in culinary or baking; training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
