Responsibilities:

A. Faculty Management

  • Recruit suitable subject-matter expert faculty or engage partners to conduct and facilitate structured training and/or assessment
  • Manage appointment of programme faculty/partners, including management of contracts
  • Liaise with faculty and/orpartners on all programme-related matters

B. Programme Development & Management

  • Recommend appropriate subject areas for new training programmes for various target audience through market research
  • Work with subject matter experts to review and update curriculum for existing programmes to ensure continued relevance for the various target audience
  • Develop various aspects of a training programme, including synchronous and asynchronous learning modules, learning activities for in-person classroom sessions, etc, working with subject-matter experts, faculty and/or partners where necessary
  • Ensure alignment of structured training programmes with the competency framework adopted for the legal industry in Singapore
  • Advise and work with faculty and/or partners to incorporate instructional design principles into training programmes where applicable
  • Provide advice and assistance in the creation of programme contents and materials
  • Manage P&L of programmes
  • Coordinate with logistics and admin ops teams on programme scheduling and administrative operations support needed for programmes
  • Manage CIR (continuous improvement and review) of programmes, including the operational aspects as well as the contents, through course evaluation by participants, focus group discussions, etc.
  • Apply for third party funding, including Skillsfuture (SG) funding, and manage any related audit

C. Business Development

  • Work with partners and marketing teams to strategise marketing of programmes and drive registration
  • Engage potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to further business goals
  • Craft and manage the delivery of customised programmes for corporate clients

D. Development and Management of Professional Development Schemes

  • Design and develop schemes such as mentorship and coaching to maximise impact of structured training on various demographics of participants, including structuring the schemes and recruiting suitable coaches and mentors
  • Implement and manage such mentorship and coaching schemes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 years in business development and programme management in the adult education or L&D space
  • Prior experience in managing and developing leadership programmes will be an advantage.
  • Prior experience in the legal industry or working with legal professionals will be an advantage.
  • Meticulous, with the ability to multi-task in order to meet deadlines.
  • Possess initiative and be able to work independently or with various internal and external customers.
  • Pleasant with good organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software and other common productivity tools
