What You'll Do

  • Coordinate Deliveries: Liaise with clients and drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, aligned with client expectations.
  • Logistics Planning: Work closely with the driver operations team to assign logistics personnel (e.g. truck drivers) based on project needs and availability.
  • Track Shipments: Monitor and track shipments in real-time to ensure on-schedule arrivals.
  • Client Support: Attend to client requests, assist with claims for additional charges, and provide excellent service throughout the process.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare end-of-day reports and generate invoices when needed for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Event Logistics: Arrange and coordinate same-day deliveries for high-priority events and time-sensitive projects.
  • Hands-On Assistance: Step in to help with sorting and packing when necessary—teamwork makes the dream work

What We Seek

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail with a knack for solving problems on the fly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills —you'll be working with a wide range of people
  • Able to commit to a 5-day work week (4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend)
  • Able to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, evening shifts) and public holidays when required
