Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Immigration Checkpoints Authority (ICA) and Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) via Digiport and ICA portals to manage crew and port-related matters during vessel calls.
  • Coordinate with ship owners, managers, operators, and service providers to ensure timely support for vessel operations.
  • Provide comprehensive boarding services including crew changes, bunkering, Cash to Master (CTM), docking, repairs, and supply arrangements.
  • Manage crew movements and transitions, including Outer-Port-Limit (OPL) and In-Transit crew logistics, ensuring smooth and compliant operations.
  • Perform cargo calculations for outturn during loading and discharging activities.
  • Issue Bills of Lading, prepare quotations and invoices for agency services, and advise the accounts team on billing details.
  • Work closely with partner agencies in other ports and countries to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from ship owners and other stakeholders, providing accurate and professional support.
  • Assist in marketing efforts and contribute to the development of new business opportunities for the agency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in maritime operations or port agency services required
  • Familiarity with MPA Digiport and ICA portals
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in cargo documentation and calculations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Owned & maintain his own car
  • Willing to board vessel to perform his role & responsibility
  • Available & willing to work 24 / 7 / 365, including weekends & public holidays
  • Willing to travel overseas if the work demands
