Background:

Since establishing our Singapore office in early 2022, J&M has been building a foundation for success in the Asian region. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead our Singapore projects and drive business growth across Asia. You'll collaborate closely with our Indian office, which provides the majority of consulting staff, to ensure seamless delivery of world-class services.

About the Role:

As the Singapore Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing our presence in the region. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be responsible for overseeing the region's Profit & Loss (P&L) Budget while leading the team to achieve ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Singapore Region's sales function, ensuring budgeted revenue targets are met.
  • Partner with Oracle and OneStream to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Drive the recruitment of key consulting staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Provide strategic guidance to facilitate informed decision-making within the region.
  • Foster strong engagement and alignment within the consulting team.
  • Track team performance against targets and deliver monthly reports to management.
  • Develop and manage an annual budget, including revenue and expenses, for the region.

About You:

To excel in this role, you will bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, ideally within the CPM/EPM consulting industry (Financial Consolidation or Budgeting & Forecasting).
  • Proven expertise in sales, business development, and commercial negotiations.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with business planning, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Exceptional leadership, influencing, and people management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize a profit and loss budget.
  • A results-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, especially when working with remote teams.
  • A talent for coaching and helping others prioritize activities to meet objectives.
  • A proactive approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • A strong drive for personal and professional growth.
