Job Scope:

  • Develop and manage online marketing content (social media, email marketing, website updates, SEO).
  • Coordinate and support offline marketing campaigns and events (roadshows, exhibitions, promotional campaigns).
  • Create and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, step-by-step guides, and newsletters, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Monitor and report the performance of marketing campaigns using Google Analytics or similar tools; provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Increase engagement and brand presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu.
  • Assist in copywriting for promotional content across multiple media.
  • Support partnerships and collaborations to drive visibility and sales leads.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Liaise with internal teams to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Perform basic administrative and ad-hoc support duties when needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience (digital + offline).
  • Proficient in social media platforms, Microsoft Office, and design tools (e.g., Canva, WooCommerce will be added advantage).
  • Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and email campaign tools.
