As a Program Coordinator (Community Services), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Partner with residents, volunteers, and community stakeholders to co-create, plan, and facilitate activities and interest groups within the physical space.
  • Encourage and support residents to initiate and self-run their own interest groups or activities.
  • Collaborate with local community leaders, organizations, and service providers to organize relevant programs and services.
  • Establish and maintain a feedback mechanism to evaluate activities, gather insights, and understand residents' evolving needs.
  • Actively engage residents and encourage participation in suitable activities and programs (e.g., health, wellness, volunteerism, learning).
  • Promote inclusive and meaningful involvement in both onsite and wider community initiatives.
  • Support the development and setup of the physical space, ensuring it meets community needs.
  • Oversee daily operations, including logistical arrangements, budgeting, and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and activity data for monitoring, reporting, and evaluation purposes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor 's Degree in any field of studies.
  • At least 2 years of community / program engagement experiences in related areas such as aged care services, social care services and/ or community engagement is an advantage.
