Senior Associate, Talent Development

The People team is at the forefront of building talents capabilities within our organization. Like us, you have a passion for people, culture, and learning. You take pride in fostering the development of our Finance employees to enhance both their personal and career progression within the team. In this role, you will work closely with the team to evaluate and implement Finance-wide developmental programs which aim to attract, develop, and manage our talent pool with Sea Finance.
Job Description- Learning Strategy & Execution: Plan, manage and implement L&D initiatives, including Learning Needs Analysis and competency frameworks
- Content Development and Instructional Design: Develop impactful training content, particularly in soft skills and leadership topics. Apply instructional design and adult learning principles across in-person, blended, and eLearning formats
- Training Delivery: Deliver engaging training sessions tailored to employees at various levels, using varied delivery methods to ensure relevance, interactivity, and application
- Project Management: Demonstrate strong project management skills to manage multiple L&D programs concurrently, ensuring clear timelines, stakeholder coordination and successful delivery
- Learning Collaboration: Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to diagnose learning needs and curate relevant training solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Learning & Development with ability to deliver training across diverse topics; experience in eLearning development is a plus
- Strong proficiency in content creation, critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and results orientation
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A fast learner with strong coordination abilities and project management expertise
- Highly organized with attention to detail and a commitment to quality
