The Role: Your Mission We are seeking an Associate Director, Talent Management and Development to be the strategic architect of our global talent ecosystem. This pivotal leadership role owns the entire post‐hire employee journey, from onboarding to career progression and leadership development. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Integrated Talent Leadership: Design, implement and lead the company's global Talent Management strategy, aligning with business objectives. Talent Management & Development OKR: Formulate, prepare and execute annual objectives and key results. Full employee lifecycle ownership: Onboarding, performance management, learning and development, internal talent marketplace and succession planning. Partner with Head of Talent Acquisition to build a "one team" culture and ensure data flow from candidate to high‐performing team member. Data‐informed talent decisions: Use analytics to predict needs, identify gaps and measure impact. Co‐create talent solutions with HRBPs and business leaders as the business evolves. Own company‐wide budget and ensure investment delivers maximum impact. Performance, Growth & Engagement: Evolve performance management philosophy, foster continuous feedback, high performance and recognition. Retention: Develop and implement proactive retention strategies for critical talent. Learning & Leadership: Build scalable, modern learning & development framework, design leadership development pipelines and career pathing frameworks. Succession: Lead the global succession planning process for critical roles. Organizational Development & Culture: Embed Functional/Core Competency Framework across talent lifecycle. Champion company values and culture through talent programs. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and develop a small team of talent management and L&D professionals; manage budget, resources and vendor relationships. Qualifications & Requirements 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development. Proven experience in a fast‐paced, global and matrixed organization. Demonstrable experience within or building an integrated talent model, understanding TA & TM partnership. Strategic thinker with execution focus. Strong analytical skills and ability to use people data and metrics to drive insights. Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills; comfortable advising C‐level executives. Significant experience designing and deploying programs for a global, cross‐cultural workforce.
