What the role is

You are responsible for master planning administrative facilities for MINDEF/SAF camps and bases, managing major infrastructure projects and formulating workplace and infrastructure policies while prioritising employee experience.

What you will be working on

  • Develop master plans for administrative facilities refresh across SAF camps and bases
  • Oversee major infrastructure development projects in Gombak and Depot Road precincts
  • Gather and assess stakeholder requirements for key infrastructure projects
  • Draft and seek approval for block requirements for major infrastructure projects
  • Review and formulate workplace and infrastructure policies and standards
  • Monitor industry standards and trends for workplace design
    Challenge(s)
  • Balancing diverse stakeholder interests in large-scale, long-term complex projects
  • Ensuring workspace and workplace plans meet future demands and expectations

What we are looking for

  • Education in Architecture, Urban Design, Urban Planning, Environmental Studies, Civil Engineering, Land Management, Humanities and Social Sciences with focus on urban issues
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Excellent writing abilities
  • Stakeholder management skills
