What The Role Is You are responsible for master planning administrative facilities for MINDEF/SAF camps and bases, managing major infrastructure projects and formulating workplace and infrastructure policies while prioritising employee experience. What You Will Be Working On Develop master plans for administrative facilities refresh across SAF camps and bases Oversee major infrastructure development projects in Gombak and Depot Road precincts Gather and assess stakeholder requirements for key infrastructure projects Draft and seek approval for block requirements for major infrastructure projects Review and formulate workplace and infrastructure policies and standards Monitor industry standards and trends for workplace design Challenges Balancing diverse stakeholder interests in large-scale, long-term complex projects Ensuring workspace and workplace plans meet future demands and expectations What We Are Looking For Education in Architecture, Urban Design, Urban Planning, Environmental Studies, Civil Engineering, Land Management, Humanities and Social Sciences with focus on urban issues Strong analytical and communication skills Excellent writing abilities Stakeholder management skills (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
