We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Business Operations, Global Business to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will lead global business operations to drive the continued adoption of our Silicon Photonics solutions in the semiconductor industry, improve revenue and profitability, and expand our product portfolio through feature integration and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of Silicon Photonics solutions across semiconductor markets.
  • Lead initiatives to improve revenue growth and profitability.
  • Oversee integration of product features and portfolio expansion.
  • Generate and convert new opportunities into sustainable business.
  • Analyze long-term market demands and short-term trends.
  • Build and maintain trustworthy, long-term partnerships.
  • Craft and negotiate commercial deal terms and conditions.
  • Develop tools to support forecasting and 3-year business planning.
  • Align sales targets with timelines and prioritization.
  • Understand high-level IP roadmaps for Cloud Providers.
  • Maintain structure and focus in a fast-evolving business environment.
  • Lead multicultural teams and drive partner projects in 5G, Edge AI, and Data Center markets.
  • Use program management and issue-tracking tools effectively.
  • Negotiate and execute program plans, including acceptance criteria.
  • Manage or contribute to Profit & Loss and cash flow requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the semiconductor or related industry.
  • Proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and deal-making.
  • Strong leadership in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
  • Proficiency in program management tools and commercial negotiations.
  • Experience in managing partner projects in emerging tech markets.
  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (preferred).
