Responsibilities: * Manage a team of Telesales officers to achieve individual as well as team sales targets on unsecured loans in line with business objectives.* Work with Acquisition Lead to achieve individual as well as team sales targets.* Lead and coach the team of Telesales officers to hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.* Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive team performance.* Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide ongoing feedback and training to ensure continuous development.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and support the overall business objectives.* Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth.* Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and a customer-centric approach.Requirements* Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management or team leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry.* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of the unsecured loans market.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.* Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive business decisions.* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions.* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.* Proficient in the use of relevant sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools and technologies.Apply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
