This is a 2 years contract position.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

  • Assist Supply Chain management in secretarial topics.
  • Drive continuous improvements in administrations workflows.
  • Provide seamless and timely office administration & travel support.
  • Help in preparation of workshops & team events organisation.
    Maintaining office systems as well as teams floor office space.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A relevant completed vocational/professional training of at least 3years, and:

  • additional subject-specific experience (5+ years),

  • or extensive subject-specific additional qualification
  • Aptitude to work autonomously within established procedures and practices
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and timely
  • It is an advantage if you have:
  • Exposure to past teams administration in multinational companyBasic training in business or administration domains
  • Working experience in an international environment
  • Please note this is a 2 years contract position.
