This is a 2 years contract position.

Responsibilities
Assist Supply Chain management in secretarial topics.
Drive continuous improvements in administrations workflows.
Provide seamless and timely office administration & travel support.
Help in preparation of workshops & team events organisation.
Maintaining office systems as well as teams floor office space.
Your Profile / Qualifications
A relevant completed vocational/professional training of at least 3 years, and:
additional subject-specific experience (5+ years),
or extensive subject-specific additional qualification
Aptitude to work autonomously within established procedures and practices
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and timely
It is an advantage if you have:
Exposure to past teams administration in multinational company Basic training in business or administration domains
Working experience in an international environment
