This is a 2 years contract position.

In your new role you will:

- Assist Supply Chain management in secretarial topics.
- Drive continuous improvements in administrations workflows.
- Provide seamless and timely office administration & travel support.
- Help in preparation of workshops & team events organisation.Maintaining office systems as well as teams floor office space.

**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A relevant completed vocational/professional training of at least 3years, and:

- Aptitude to work autonomously within established procedures and practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and timely
- It is an advantage if you have:

- Exposure to past teams administration in multinational companyBasic training in business or administration domains
- Working experience in an international environment
- **Please note this is a 2 years contract position.
