Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by connecting client needs with internal technical services
  • Partnering with marketing and functional teams to develop and maintain sales assets (playbooks, talk tracks, case studies) and ensuring they are used effectively
  • Prepare and regular update on the site promotion material into the market
  • Work with Business Development, Project Management and CMC leaders, to coordinate potential/existing client visits and follow up business opportunities
  • Work with local team for support events, conferences, to promote site business
  • Establish and maintain relationships with related internal stake holders and potential/existing customers, to polish strategy and promote site business, with cross functional support

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor, Master or PhD degree. Degree with biology, marketing, or business related is preferred.
  • At least 5 years' experience in biologics industry such as research, development, project management, marketing, business development or related experience.
  • In-depth and timely updated understanding of CRDMO business in discovery, development or manufacturing
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to exhibit effective interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm to learn and collaborate. Ability to effectively work across all levels, functions, sites and companies.
