The Role:

  • Manage end-to-end purchasing activities including sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, shipping, and delivery follow-up.
  • Review and purchase materials/equipment based on MRP requirements while ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with vendors and logistics partners to support on-time delivery, customs clearance, and production schedules.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, reviewing stocking rules as directed by management.
  • Drive supplier performance in quality, cost, and delivery; handle RMA/NCT returns and resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ensure timely submission of PO/DN/Invoices.
  • Support cost-reduction initiatives and analyze BOM for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and update procurement reports; handle multiple priorities and ad hoc duties as required.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Able to analyze Bills of Material (BOM) and identify cost or process improvements is advantageous
  • Knowledge of SAP / ERP systems is advantageous
