Job Scope / Responsibilities:

• Tool Fabrication & Assembly Manufacture and assemble complex 3D stamping tools using precision machining and hand-fitting techniques.
• Ensure dies meet design and functional requirements (e.g., part form accuracy, surface finish, and dimensional tolerances).
• Tool Maintenance Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on 3D stamping dies.
• Troubleshoot and repair worn or damaged tools to restore optimal function.Tool Design Collaboration Work closely with the Tool & Die Design and Production Engineering teams during the tool development process. Provide feedback to improve tool design for manufacturability and maintainability.
• Trial & Tuning Conduct tool try-outs and tuning to achieve first-pass yield and part quality.
• Optimize press parameters for new and existing tools.
• Quality & Documentation Verify tools against technical drawings, 3D models, and part inspection results.
• Maintain detailed tool history and maintenance records.
• Support Continuous Improvement Identify and propose improvements in tooling performance, process stability, and cycle time.
