Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) platforms.
  • Perform flight tests and routine checks on UAVs.
  • Conduct pre- and post-flight assessments, ensure safety compliance, complete checklists, and carry out site surveys.
  • Capture, record, document, and report all pre- and post-flight assessment findings.
  • Coordinate and liaise with team members to manage UAV operations effectively.
  • Communicate and follow up with partners and contractors when required.
  • Carry out any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education: Minimally NITEC in Building Management, Engineering, or Facilities Management.

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in planning, directing, and manning aerial drone photography and videography operations (preferred).
  • Experience in building inspections (advantageous).
  • Experience in the technology or service industry (advantageous).

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Familiar with DJI Phantom and Mavic drones.
  • Holds a valid Unmanned Aircraft Pilot Licence (UAPL).
  • Able to operate independently and be resourceful.
  • Possess good work ethics and enjoy working with people.

Other Requirements:

  • Able to work outdoors for extended hours.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
