About the role

We are searching for a talented Retail Sales Associate to join our thriving team at ACTUALLY PTE LTD in the Central Region. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative retail environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met
  2. Actively promote and sell our range of high-quality products
  3. Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment
  4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  5. Support inventory management and stock replenishment
  6. Contribute to the overall success of the store by meeting sales targets
  7. Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding customer service

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  3. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to advise customers effectively
  4. Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately
  5. Enthusiasm for providing a superior shopping experience
  6. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
