West Region, Singapore PERSOL Full time $40,000 per year

Salary: Up to $4000 + Transport Allowance

Duration:  1 year contract

Location:  Tuas South (Nearest MRT: Tuas Crescent)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

  • Indexing and categorizing of documents
  • Archive Log creation
  • Labeling and boxing of binders
  • Coordinate shipment of documents and/or retained samples
  • Writing GMP decommissioning/retirement documents according to specific standard operating procedures
  • Reporting to the project lead and, if required, to other stakeholders
  • Perform all duties in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Stacking of boxes onto pallets required at times

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Skills for working into a team and following project manager guidelines, and capable to report progress and issues in order to find the best solution.
  • Experience in Record Management, Inventory-ing and archiving.
  • Experience with validation/qualification in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with GMP decommissioning process.
  • Working experience in the GMP-regulated environment of the pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage (Former pharmaceutical industry experience or API plant experience. Production, Quality, and Technical Support will be considered)
