Job Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Perform administrative tasks such as sorting documents, scanning, renaming and filing of documents.
- Managing office supplies inventory and perform ordering as needed
- Open Mailbox
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and parcels.
- Handle courier services.
- Handle purchases of stationary, pantry and cleaning items
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Reception Duties
- Greet and attend to walk-in guests on their appointments and enquire in a professional manner, notifying entity staff of guests' arrival.
- Answer and direct calls, taking messages and provide information.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Manage bookings and upkeep of meeting and training rooms.
- Ensure rooms are neat, clean and well prepared in good condition for the next meeting.
- Serve guests with drinks and promptly attend to queries and requests.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
