At the National University of Singapore's Development Office, we are committed to advancing our mission through the effective stewardship of philanthropic gifts. This role is crucial in ensuring that contributions are utilized in alignment with donor intentions and university policies. If you have a passion for philanthropy and aspire to build a career in development work, this opportunity is for you

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with university-wide gift administrators to promote efficient use of gifts.

• Manage donor requests and internal stakeholder queries regarding gift utilization.

• Develop and refine policies and best practices for gift stewardship and reporting.

• Maintain a comprehensive registry of gift documents and recognition.

• Ensure compliance with University statutes, policies, and guidelines

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• A commitment to continuous learning and process improvement, leveraging technology.

• A recognized university degree; diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome
