Technical Trainer, East area (Semicon Industry)

  • 1 year contract (Renewable)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality technical training in both classroom and practical settings with hands-on experience in semiconductor operations and a strong ability to translate technical knowledge into effective training.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Deliver technical training through classroom lectures and practical exercises.

·       Follow and adhere to the prescribed training curriculum.

·       Diagnose and resolve technical issues as they arise.

·       Participate in projects aimed at improving training processes.

·       Ensure complete customer satisfaction within the assigned area.

·       Assist in planning and support managers and senior staff as needed.

·       Maintain strict compliance with all safety procedures and promote safety as a core value.

Requirements:

·       Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, or other related Engineering disciplines

·       Hands-on experience in equipment assembly, system build, testing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting

·       Experience working in a cleanroom environment.

·       Basic electrical/electronic knowledge (e.g., multimeter usage).

·       Strong attention to detail.

·       Initiative and willingness to suggest process improvements.

·       Ability to communicate effectively and exchange information with team members.
