Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee technical engineering projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client specifications and quality standards
  • Analyze project requirements, plan workflows, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Design, develop, and test automation systems or control equipment, including preparation of electrical schematic drawings and component selection
  • Perform installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance for control systems (e.g., BMS or industrial automation systems)
  • Provide technical support on-site and remotely throughout the project lifecycle
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to provide regular project updates and ensure effective communication across all parties
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and performance, including preparation of technical and status reports for management
  • Lead and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and proper implementation of system components
  • Support commercial teams with cost estimation and quotations for engineering scopes
  • Ensure proper documentation for project deliverables, including test reports, commissioning records, and quality compliance files

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in project engineering, automation, or control systems, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Experience with PLC, SCADA systems, and interfacing with BMS or ACMV systems is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with automation technologies, such as motion controllers, robots, HMIs, and touch panels (Beckhoff experience is a plus)
