Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct lessons online or at the centre with enthusiasm
  • Open to new ideas and feedback
  • Apply Lil' but Mighty's strategies in the classroom
  • Plan, review and evaluate lessons
  • Mark pupils' work
  • Collaborate with others to plan the curriculum and create new strategies and materials
  • Give regular feedback to parents on pupils' learning progress
  • To teach an average of 12 classes per week, including covering classes where the teachers are absent due to annual, medical or other leave, and any other workshops.

Snapshots of our ideal candidate

  • DIP (NIE), BA (NIE), PGDE (NIE) or overseas equivalent, distinction or merit preferred
  • Experience in teaching children in primary school
  • The successful applicant will be driven and results-focused with a "can do" attitude.
  • Able to work 4 weekdays and one weekend (Saturday/Sunday)
