About the Opportunity

The Finance Manager will oversee the end-to-end finance function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations. This role requires full ownership of accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements, while leading and mentoring the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review full-set accounts, month-end close, financial statements, and management reports for accuracy.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring data integrity.
  • Maintain and improve internal controls, finance processes, and statutory compliance.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth reporting.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the finance team, providing support and direction.
  • Be hands-on when necessary to resolve complex accounting or reporting issues.

Talent Requirements

  • CPA/ACCA/CFA, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, including managerial or senior roles.
  • Strong technical accounting, financial reporting, and compliance knowledge.
  • Ability to review, supervise, and take hands-on action when required.
  • Proficiency in ERP/finance systems
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
