We are an O&G company looking for aClinic Secretary cum HR Assistant for full time post.

JOB DECRIPTION:

  1. Preparation of surgery reports and doctor's letters.

  2. Attend to patients enquiries.

  3. Calendar maintenance of doctors meetings and appointments.

  4. Coordinate and facilitate meetings including taking meeting minutes.

  5. Clinic admin inventory including maintenance of office supplies & clinic equipment

  6. Address patients' email enquiries.

  7. Other adhoc duties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong knowledge of medical terminologies.
  • Computer savvy.
  • Experience with administrative tasks and previous clinical experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel is a MUST.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Mandarin speaking preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (office hours)
  • Saturday (half-day)
