BIM Coordinator (M&E & C&S Focus)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute BIM modeling, integration, and coordination for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and Civil & Structural (C&S) disciplines.
  • Utilize BIM models for clash detection and issue review, and coordinate with engineers from various disciplines to resolve conflicts.
  • Produce high-quality Combined Services Drawings (CSD), Coordinated Model Drawings (CMD), and other shop drawings based on project requirements.
  • Create and manage the project's 4D construction schedule simulations using software like Fuzor and Synchro 4D to support project planning and progress reporting.
  • Maintain clear communication with the project team, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure the accuracy of BIM models and the effective transfer of information.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: A diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Solid understanding of M&E and C&S engineering principles. Candidates with hands-on project coordination experience will be preferred.

  • BIM Skills:

  • Proficient in major BIM modeling software, such as Autodesk Revit.

  • Must have project experience in independently producing Combined Services Drawings (CSD) and Coordinated Model Drawings (CMD).
  • Core Requirement: Proven, hands-on experience in BIM 4D construction simulation, with proficiency in Fuzor and Synchro 4D.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

This should showcase their skills and experience related to the requirements above, such as models, drawings, and 4D simulation works.
