**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage MEP-related BIM activities across design and construction phases.
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM execution plans, protocols, and standards specific to MEP systems.
- Collaborate with MEP engineers, architects, and contractors to integrate MEP designs into the BIM model.
- Conduct clash detection, resolve issues, and ensure model accuracy and consistency.
- Provide technical support to the project team in the use of BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.).
- Assist in developing 3D models for MEP systems and ensure compliance with local standards and regulations.
- Track project progress and ensure that BIM-related deliverables for MEP systems are on schedule.
- Ensure the BIM model is aligned with design, construction, and operational requirements for MEP systems.
- Provide guidance and training on MEP BIM workflows and software to project teams.
- Maintain clear documentation and records of BIM-related tasks and decisions.
- Stay updated with the latest MEP BIM trends, software updates, and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM coordination, specifically with MEP systems in the construction or engineering industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.).
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration within the BIM model.
- Experience with clash detection, model coordination, and issue resolution specific to MEP.
- Knowledge of relevant MEP standards and regulations in Singapore.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional).
- Experience working on large-scale MEP projects in Singapore, especially for commercial or infrastructure developments.
- Familiarity with local BIM regulations and guidelines such as Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority (BCA) BIM requirements.
- Knowledge of MEP design and drafting principles.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
