About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Service Crew to join our team at Twl-Group Pte. Ltd. in the Central Region. This full-time position will see you playing a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  3. Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and attentive way
  4. Maintaining a clean and organised dining area
  5. Assisting with food preparation and restocking as required
  6. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer queries or concerns
  7. Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner
  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
  4. A keen interest in the hospitality industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
  5. A flexible and adaptable approach to your work, with the ability to work a range of shifts including evenings and weekends
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support your colleagues
