About the role

Join the dynamic team at Guilin Garden Restaurant Pte. Ltd. as a full-time Service Crew. In this key customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Located in the Central and East Region, Islandwide have 19 outlets, this position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in the F&B industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, and responding promptly to their requests
  2. Ensuring the dining area and tables are clean, well-stocked, and presentable at all times
  3. Accurately processing payments and handling cash transactions
  4. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
  5. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries
  6. Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
  7. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or café setting
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  4. A positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
  5. Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
