Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Chinese Physician Free Clinic daily operations.
  • Review medical records and analysis into clinical events to ensure maintain standards of patient care.
  • Manage and response to the concerns raised by the auditor and ensure best practices are in place.
  • Develop and review Policies and Procedures.
  • Extract and conduct data analysis, prepare reports and presentations.
  • Manage full-time and part-time staff duty roster to ensure clinic's smooth operation.
  • Coordinate and support Chinese Physician Free Clinic Management Committee meeting, prepare agenda, minutes and keep track of the progress on the decisions and initiatives derived.
  • Attend SBLWF meeting and report TCM progress.

Job Requirements

  • Registered Traditional Chinese Medical Practitioner with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board of Singapore (TCMPB)
  • Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of TCM clinic management experience

  • Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Tuesday to Saturday
