Presales Support:

  • Provide technical sizing and consultation for Lead-acid and Lithium products solutions to customers based on requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support presales activities, including customer presentations and demonstrations.
  • Assist in tender bidding activities, including document preparation and submission.
  • Conduct training sessions and product presentations for customers and internal teams.

Tender Preparation & Project Management:

  • Manage the entire tender process, including reviewing customer requirements, preparing technical proposals, and ensuring timely submission.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and departments to gather necessary approvals, compliance documentation, and solution descriptions.
  • Analyse tender specifications and technical requirements to ensure full compliance with the scope of work.
  • Support the sales team in bid strategies, risk assessment, and competitive positioning for tenders.
  • Oversee technical aspects of projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
  • Attend pre-bid site survey, project and tender meetings, providing technical insights and support as required.
  • Track and manage project status across all personnel, ensuring updates are communicated effectively.
  • Ensure documentation of projects, including maintaining and updating product brochures and technical documents.
  • Ensuring smooth transition of project requirement from pre-sales to post-sales upon project awarded.

Administrative Duties:

  • Assist in maintaining project lists, reports, and internal records.
  • Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong technical background with 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Telecom/UPS, or Energy Storage is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel on short notice when required.
