About the Role:

You will manage various aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have skills in project planning,schedule and resource management, project documentation, HSEQ compliance, and vendor coordination. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and your site team to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

  • Lead project planning, preparing detailed daily and weekly schedules, and coordinating resources to meet project milestones.
  • Provide technical input to project designs and oversee construction processes.
  • Plan and manage daily site activities, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Identify potential risks in project execution and implement mitigation measures.
  • Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, daily diaries, QA/QC reports, and approvals.
  • Assist in cost control by optimizing resources, material use, and procurement practices.
  • Implement and monitor QA/QC and HSEQ programs to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise site teams to achieve project milestones.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering.
  • Experience in geotechnical construction or piling, ground improvement, ERSS, etc.
