This is a leadership position that blends strategic process design with hands-on technical oversight to ensure partners receive a world-class experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Specialists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and ownership.
  • Standardize and optimize global operational processes and workflows to enhance speed, cost, and overall efficiency across regions.
  • Own the end-to-end operational readiness for new partner and product implementations, ensuring all integrations are scalable, reliable, and meet our high standards.
  • Define and implement data-driven KPI frameworks and monitoring dashboards (using SQL) to track performance and deliver actionable insights that influence strategy.
  • Partner with global Product, Engineering, and regional teams to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions and improved internal tooling.
  • Act as the subject matter expert and key escalation point for complex operational issues, leading incident response and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and leading cross-functional initiatives to resolve operational bottlenecks and build resilient systems.

This role will give you the opportunity to:

  • Make an Impact - You'll help drive the definition of our goals and vision while increasing the efficiency of the operations team and dreaming big, driving us towards Mission Zero

You'll ensure the health and productivity of the specialists within your teams by helping to set the right culture and implement the right approaches. We don't believe in drama, only good Karma
