Job Description:

  • Handle general enquiries.
  • Reception duties such as patient registration, appointments, answering phone, email queries, coordinate investigations, scheduling of procedure/surgery.
  • Chaperone Doctor when required.
  • Dispensing of medication under supervision.
  • Biling and payment.
  • Provide financial counselling for procedure/surgery to patient.
  • Handle corporate insurance submission.
  • Handle insurance LOG submission and other matters related to insurance.
  • Customer Service Orientated.
  • General administrative duties and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented individual.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Pro-active.
  • Ability to manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks at a time.
  • Good interpersonal and social skills.
  • Ability to work in a team as well as individually.
  • Experience in private specialist clinic will be an advantage.
  • 5.5 days' work week (not required to work on Sundays and PH).
  • Comfortable with deployment to 2 locations when required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate and patients.
  • Able to start immediately.
  • Nursing certified will be priority
