If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Job Summary: As a Business Operations Analyst for distribution business, you will play a critical role in optimizing and streamlining our business processes to support growth and operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in our semiconductor operations.Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Reporting:o   Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data related to business operations, including production, supply chain, and sales performance.o   Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to management and stakeholders.o   Monitor sales and forecast trends to identify booking opportunitieso   Assist in the development and execution of business strategies and operational plans. Process Improvement:o   Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.o   Collaborate with departments to design and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
